1.After vacuumizing, nitrogen will be filled in with a certain pressure, and conduct convection heating under the protection of nitrogen. No contamination of oxygen and water, so that bright tempering heat treatment can be realized.
2.The heater adopts circular configuration and independent temperature control by zones to improve the temperature uniformity;
3.The heating room utilizes ceramic fiber insulation material, which has high strength, small deformation, long service life span, convenient in maintenance, and is apt to get clean heating environment;
4.The convection heating method is used to improve the low temperature radiation efficiency. In order to further obtain the bright heat treatment effect, full vacuum heating can be selected.
5.High vacuum degree and high temperature specifications can be selected, and the product has wide application performance.
Loading→Pre-vacuumizing→Convection heating/Vacuum heating→Heat preservation by convection/Heat preservation in vacuum→Nitrogen cooling→Unloading.
